The web-based controls allow the service administrator to completely reset the service and launch a new vote or poll. Essentially this means that the service can be re-used for an unlimited number of voting or polling events for one monthly fee plus the cost of messaging.

The basic service supports multiple choice and true/false questions. Unwired Appeal also provides custom voting solutions built to client specification.
